“Heyyy!! You guys…. Sure. Grab a pen and start jotting”. Phew! This man has an awesome pace. Before I could find something to pen on… his voice jabbered. “Dad’s a mallu and mom’s a Gujarathi. Being the only, sweet, naughty and troublesome kid at home, as with every other parent I was forced to take up engineering after school. But, who cares? I was least bothered. Confidence and clarity was always in my mind and I knew what I want to become and that put me in a Viscom course at Loyola. ‘Sunshine Boys’ was the first movie I directed at the age of 19. I don’t intend to say am an ace at it, but still, the movie received pretty decent appreciations from the media and my superiors.”
Cool man! And when was it that you appeared on the screens?
“Kadhal Kadhai, the romantic soap on Vijay was the first to put me on my debut. Later, I worked as an anchor for the same channel and worked a serial in Telugu as well. And now, ‘Deala No Deala’ has pushed me in the limelight of grandeur, and credits and applauses are just pouring in”
Amazing.. so how about a bigger screen?
“I am already into it. Presently, Director Radha Mohan has given me an opportunity to work for him under the title called ‘Payanam’. Hey! I will catch you guys sometime later. I got some work now. Will buzz you on more info the next time we meet up. Ciao!”
And startled me felt a whirlwind pass by.
