There are reporters who make news out of everything. They are known for throwing questions direct and to the point to bring out information that is essential.
There are actors and actresses who know that these people are in need of information and they try their best to get it out from them. This did not only happen with cinemas, one of the reporters in the politics domain faced a shocking incident recently. His colleagues address him as 'Mixie' and his lips always chant 'Preethi'. This talkative reporter had been to meet Kumari Anandhan when the politician was tensed.
Congress chants a slogan for years together, which is a big cold war. It was moving from hands to hands without an end and the situation got worse day by day. This reporter met the person when the situation was so hot. Kumari Anandhan had a thought how he was going to manage answering the reporter's question and asked the reporter to have a break with the tea. The politician was posing to order the office boy to bring the tea and silently escaped by driving his car, which was parked outside.
The reporter was waiting for half an hour patiently and expected the politician to return. With doubts in his mind, the reporter peeped out of the window to see an old man reading a newspaper. When he enquired the old man, he replied that the politician had left half an hour back. The reporter was shocked and wondered that he had met so many big shots in life while this politician has responded in a way nobody did.
This was the experience of another reporter who had been to meet Vadivelu. He had an appointment with the comedian. The reporter had been on time and the office boy greeted him by giving him a newspaper. The office boy was doing his job while time was passing by for the reporter with the newspaper.
If the comedian was available, he would treat his guests with delicious non-vegetarian foods. This reporter was not offered tea too. The reporter was getting furious that the comedian did not attend him while a car arrived to calm down his feelings.
The reporter was happy to see the front tyres and a small portion of the car. However, the comedian did not arrive even after the car arrived. The reporter kept himself engaged with his watch and the newspaper and finally tried contacting the comedian over his mobile phone while the number was constantly busy.
The reporter was now angry. The comedian was all wet when he entered the scene. The comedian sat in front of the reporter by using abusive language to someone out there at the office. Vadivelu started explaining why he was late.
Usually Vadivelu gets down from the car the moment he reaches his office. His driver would start puffing six or seven cigars and finish with a tea before he enters the office. Vadivelu was busy speaking over the phone and his driver had locked the car without noticing the comedian.
The driver had turned off the air conditioner in the car and Vadivelu was sweating badly inside the car. The comedian tried contacting his driver, while he was busy speaking to someone else. Our reporter was trying to contact the comedian while he was busy trying to catch hid driver on line. This way the communication was affected. Finally, the driver arrived to open the car's door.
This way the Vadivelu explained the reason for being late.
