Cheenu Ramasamy, the director of ‘Then Merkku Paruva Kaatru’ has written a poetry book titled as ‘Kaatraal Nadandhen’. This book was launched yesterday in DevaNeya Paavanar Book Library. Actor Vivek, S. Rama Krishnan, Suba. Veera Pandian and Thamilachi Thanga Pandiyan participated in the book launch function.

Vivek started his speech with a hint of comedy saying that he has steadily arrived to the function from Pondicherry. On stage, he appreciated the director saying, “I read from Jeyakanthan to Jeyamohan. However, I don't want to show off that in public. I work as a comedian in the industry, but I have passion for music too. I respect literature too. Actor Charlie who is sitting before me is a very good literature fan. Do anyone of you know about comedian A. Karnunadhi who is an expert in bird science?

After seeing Then Merkku Paruva Kaatru, I spoke on stage that a national award must be granted for the movie. My wish has been granted”.
