The producers association rejected to increase the wages of film workers and so, the South Indian Film Employees Association fasts for a day on tomorrow. This event is to be held in Chennai.

Initially, the association wanted to fast at the MGR memorial site, but the police denied permission. So, the fast event is moved to Music Artists Association building in Vadapalani.
